Responsible for developing programming content for UWTV and Research Channel, by working with clients to develop a concept and build a budget. Coordinate and manage production staff, write scripts and assure project is on time and under budget.

*During FY10/11 I completed 90+ programs resulting in over $500,000 in revenue.
*Assigned projects have been significantly under budget, with clients extremely satisfied with professionalism and organization of productions.

2002 – 2005 – Valley Public Television, Inc. – Fresno, CA
Producer/Web Manager

Responsible for day-to-day productions, including staff supervision, purchasing, inventory, budgeting, building and retaining client relations and maintaining an effective online presence.

Key Accomplishments:
* Developed production standards and processes resulting in improved on-air quality. Produced on-air animation packages for billboards/coming up/station ID’s.
* Built profitable, mutually beneficial relationships with numerous ad agencies, municipalities, and community organizations resulting in ongoing projects weekly, monthly and annually.
* Developed a cohesive relationship with sales resulting in an increase of production income by 65% within 12 months.
* Inherited the production of a live call-in gardening show. After reformatting and a new graphic package viewership increased from 6,000 to 10,000+ viewers weekly.
* After taking on the role of Web Manager, spearheading the development and redesign of a new station website, increased its online presence from 3,000 monthly users to 10,000+ with the use of interactive tools.
* Initiated the use of “online spot viewing” so clients could review and approve on air announcements resulting in client retention.
* Superior performance recognized through promotion from camera/editor within first six months of employment. Recognized as employee of the month within 12 months of employment.

Responsibilities ranged from producing several magazine style shows, coordinating and directing multi-camera sports and other televised events and on-air graphic packages.

* Developed and mastered the skills of non-linear editing.
